How it works.

Because we target a higher, more personal level of service, we work a bit differently from the other cleaning services around town.

Step 1:

After our initial call we will set up a personal meeting with you so we can connect a home to a face, and visit to see the condition of the home. In this meeting we’ll ask about hobbies, family members, roommates, your pet peeves, cooking habits, etc. By doing this, it helps us get to know your needs, and so we begin to tailor your checklist to your lifestyle.

Step 2:

After your first cleaning, you will receive a phone call asking how everything went. This is your chance to let us know what we can do differently, or if everything is fine.

Step 3:

Our cleaning team will regularly visit your home and keep on record anything new around the home and everything you talk to them about regarding your home. You will then receive a phone call after 3 months of service to see how everything is going. Then again at 6 months. And regularly every 6 months to monitor any changes in lifestyle, from hobbies to new members of the family.
